SLR Enterprises was registered in December 2006 under the government of Karnataka Department of Labour Act. We are one of the leading Security, Labour and House Keeping Contractors in Bangalore. We have started our operation in December 2006 the nature of our security services and corporate facilities are on par with standard organisations the Bangalore.

We conduct make up exercises to import hands-on-practices to our security personnel. In addition to fire fighting our personnel are also trained in assisting the fire brigade personnel in the performing their duties. Ex-Serviceman is given preference in providing jobs at our Agency and policy is to keep 15% of the strength of Ex-Serviceman. We recruitpersonnel from all the states of india.Our staffs are having knowledge of english, Hindi and Kannada. Many of the personnel are also well versed in tamil, telugu and minimum qualification for security guards/Lady Guards is S.S.L.c pass and for security supervisor and above graduates with at lest three years experienced. Field officers are have valid driving license for two wheelers.

Responsibility

We undertake the responsibility of the premises for its safety with men and material. However, in case of any untoward incidence is due to the lapse on the part of security such as inefficiency / negligence the same will be borne by us as per our mutually agreed terms.

Person meeting the following standards is eligible for recruitment:

Person of Indian origin / domicile in India. Persons of Nepalese origin but settled in India Persons from Nepal.

Educational qualification SG&LC is S.S.L.C. and for SS and SO is Graduation and above.

Written and spoken knowledge of Hindi, English and Kannada is desirable

Minimum height for SG&SS or is 5 feet 6 inches and for lady checkers 5 feet 2 inches.

People suffering from chronic diseases are not eligible

Eyesight should be 6/6 for both the eyes with are without glosses

Person should be willing to work any where in the State of Karnataka and also should be willing to transferred from one location to another at a very short notice.

Persons having good health and who can withstand the stress and strain of security duty are eligible for recruitment.

Minimum age for S.G. is 20 years. Persons more than 40 years are not eligible for SG. How-ever they are eligible for supervisor and security officer's duty if they are having requisite qualification.

Persons more than 55 years of age are not eligible to be recruited for any duty. Eligible age for lady checker is between 25 and 45 years. For Ex-Servicemen the eligible age is below 55 years for any post.

Preference is given to experienced candidate and Ex-Servicemen the recruitment for the post of SG, SS and SO.

Candidate must be in possession of two copies of family photograph at the time of interview for ESI purpose and also three self-stamp size photographs.

Candidates must be in possession address proof such as ration card voter ID cord, DL bank passbook or Telephone bills

Candidates must be in possession of character certificate from Head Master Principal of the school, sarpanch of Gram Panchayat, ward councillor or any Gazetted officer.

The confirmation of appointment will be done after police verification of address and character.

Training:

Welcome address by the ED, SLR Enterprises covering security Environment in general and expectations from security Personnel in particular

Physical training for two hours per day for seven days.

Guidance for up keeps uniforms.

Saluting

One hour lecture on ethics and code of conduct for seven days

One our lecture and hands on experience on performance of security duty at various type of installations for seven days

Hands-on-Experience on documentation such as Inward / Outward challans, visitors pass, visitors register, vehicle movement register, occurrence book, diesel stock register etc

Counting of materials / goods as per Inwards/ / Outward challans.

Hands-On-Experience on physical checking of workers while they go out of factory premises.

Hands-on-Experience on physical checking of lady worker by lady checkers.

Hands-on-Experience on frisking and checking of bags, Tiffin boxes and other belonging of workers

Training on behaviour with visitors

Training receipt and dispatch on of official mails.

Training receipt and dispatch of couriers.

Training on checking of incoming and outgoing vehicles.

Training on handling of telephones and recording of messages

Training on opening / closing of doors and gates and sealing of doors.

Training on parking of vehicles inside and outside factory premises

Hands-On-Experience on vehicles coming in and going out of factory premises

Training on fire fighting.

Hands-On-Experience on handling of all type of fire fighting equipment

Hands-On-Experience on first aid treatment in case of injury to workers.

Training on emergency evacuation of workers in case of fire in the factory premises

Training on handling workers found under influence of liquor.

Maintenance of various records at security room

Carrying out night patrol duty in and outside factory premises.
